RETURN POLICY

We work extremely hard to ensure that you are 100% happy with the products that you receive from The Pin Market.

On the off chance that you are unhappy with any of the products that you have received, you have up to three (3) days from receipt of delivery to contact us with a clear and concise description of the problem.

Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the The Pin Market team.

We will happily replace goods that are…
a) damaged in transit;
b) the wrong product or part to that specified in your order;
c) the incorrect material / size to that specified or supplied in your order

Where custom jobs have been completed on your request, we are unable to refund or replace goods if the problem is down to…
a) your design;
b) the materials that you have requested; or if
c) the end result didn’t turn out as you hoped it would (please see ‘Samples’ below).

We can only replace parts in the original condition which they were received, so please thoroughly inspect each part BEFORE commencing with any gluing or construction processes.

Returns on Sample Services
We do provide a sample service and you should expect to produce several prototypes of your design before going into final production. Sample order are not returnable or refundable. Samples are an opportunity to get your prototype perfect for mass production. Having a clearer insight into how your final design will look and will help to avoid any disappointments once you have received your finished products. Samples cost vary so connect with your account manager for pricing.
